Overview
This year’s VIC State Conference, to be held 16-17 May 2014 at Peppers the Sands Resort, Torquay, is headlined by leading refugee and human rights advocate Julian Burnside AO QC.
Judge Robert Dyer and Magistrate Simon Garnett will provide practitioners with valuable insights into litigation in the County and Magistrates’ Courts.
Panel sessions will focus on recent legislative changes to the TAC and WorkCover. The Annual Case Review will bring you up to speed with the most significant case law over the past year.
Conference attendees will obtain compulsory CPD points by attending an interactive Ethics session, and hear from senior practitioners on recent developments in the NDIS and Civil Procedure Act.
