Wrongs (Part VBA Claims) Regulations 2015

The ALA was invited by the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) to review the Wrongs (Part VBA Claims) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’), which expire on 4 May 2025, and to provide feedback on new Regulations.
The ALA also provided further feedback, upon invitation from DJCS, on the remake of the Regulations in March 2025.
