Proposed changes to the Worker's Injury Claim Form

The ALA has made a submission to Return to Work Victoria on proposed changes to the Worker's Injury Claim Form ('form').
In our submission, the ALA has expressed support for the intention to modernise language, align formatting, improve accessibility, and improve clarity around mental injury claims. We have also offered specific feedback on proposed amendments and additions to the form.
