Sunset review of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2014

The ALA provided feedback to the Workers' Compensation Regulatory Services as part of the sunset review of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2014 ('Regulation').
The ALA's submission addresses the following matters:
- Scheme efficiency;
- Costs provisions;
- Unassessed injuries; and
- Gig reforms.
The Regulation is set to expire on 31 August 2025 and will need to be remade before that date.
