The ALA Class Actions SIG comprises solicitors, barristers and financial experts who represent plaintiffs in class actions or have an interest in class actions.
The purpose of the Class Actions SIG is to:
- Represent the interests of ALA members and their clients to Government, the wider industry and other stakeholders in relation to matters relevant to running class actions in Australia; and
- Provide a forum for interested members to interact, share information and educate themselves and others.
