Webcast - Qld Expert Evidence Masterclass 2022

Overview

Expert evidence is a branch of evidence that has been carefully scrutinised by the Courts in Queensland in recent years. The expectation of Courts is that an expert (and his or her report) should be meticulously prepared and address appropriate issues.

This breakfast masterclass is directed at the preparation, admissibility and management of expert evidence for the experienced lawyer. The three experienced presenters will address issues relating to the involvement of lawyers and experts in preparation of a report; the form of a report to maximise admissibility; management of conclaves of experts including mediating conclaves; common and uncommon objections to expert evidence and the management of expert evidence and objections at trial.
