SA seminar: Latest updates on vicarious liability, future care and impairment assessments

Overview

The ALA presents a seminar to aid you in your practice acting for injured people across a range of circumstances, plus an end-of-year function for the plaintiff law community in Adelaide.

Nationally practicing barrister David Campbell SC will present the latest updates on vicarious liability with respect to the Bird v DP case and institutional abuse, as well as examine the landscape for future care claims post Amaca Pty Ltd v Werfel.

SA local Guy Biddle, Partner at Finlayson's Lawyers, will then discuss the proposed changes to the Impairment Assessment Guidelines.

Take this opportunity to bolster your legal practice and understanding with information from our knowledgeable speakers, and then celebrate the end of the calendar year with ALA colleagues and friends.
