Overview
The ALA, LIV and TAC continue to work together to improve and expand the Protocols. As part of this ongoing work, these organisations have collaborated again and developed the Time Limit Protocols. This new Protocols set out the new process for requesting an extension of time from TAC and how to deal with matters out of Court in line with the Civil Procedure Act and ADR principles.
This webcast will launch these new Protocols and ALA members will get a chance to hear directly from the authors of the new Time Limit Protocols.
